GoldenDuke Sport Equipment Company Limited was established in 1984. The company was specializing assemble in servicing and maintenance for the world-class brand snooker and pool tables. In between 1988 -1999, the company had serviced and maintenanced over 30,000 tables.

In 1999, the company established its own factory “Guangzhou Potner Manufacturer” which specializing in manufacturing world-class quality snooker and pool tables.

In the same year the brand “GoldenDuke” was introduced. The aim and direction of the company is to deliver the best quality tables with economy pricing for everyone, so that every player can enjoy the game.
